These terms apply when you use the Oddlots website and when you buy goods from us (including 3D-printed items and odd-lot / liquidation stock). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Oddlots is an online retail shop selling 3D-printed products and selected retail / clearance stock. For questions about orders or these terms, please contact us.
When you submit an order and payment is taken, we will confirm it by email where possible. A contract is formed when we accept your order (usually by confirming payment and preparing dispatch). We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, payment fails, pricing is clearly wrong, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
Stock is checked at checkout, but availability can still change. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will cancel that item (or the order) and refund you for amounts paid for unfulfilled goods.
We aim to describe products accurately using photos and text. Colours, finishes and packaging can vary slightly from images- especially for 3D-printed items, where batch-to-batch differences are normal.
Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, 3D-printed goods are supplied for decorative or personal use. They are not certified toys, safety equipment, or load-bearing / safety-critical parts. Keep small items and keyrings away from young children where there is a choking risk.
Odd-lot and liquidation stock may be clearance, overstock or previously packaged retail goods. They are sold as described for the price paid and may show cosmetic differences from brand-new boxed retail where noted or reasonably expected for clearance items.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an error is spotted after you order, we may cancel and refund, or ask you to confirm at the correct price.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe (or another payment provider we nominate). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees. Risk in the goods usually passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide (or collected, if collection is offered). You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for arranging redelivery if you are not available.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly with your order details so we can help investigate with the carrier.
Statutory rights: If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have rights under UK consumer law. Contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Change of mind (voluntary): For most unused items in resaleable condition, you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return postage is your responsibility unless we agree otherwise or the return is due to our error or a fault. Custom, personalised, or clearly non-returnable items (if marked on the listing) are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. Refunds are usually made to the original payment method once we receive and check the returned goods.
You may use the Oddlots site for lawful personal shopping and browsing. You must not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or access accounts or data without permission). Product images, branding and site content remain our property (or that of our licensors) and may not be reused commercially without permission.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products under applicable product liability law, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
Subject to that, and to your statutory consumer rights:
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live in the UK.
